We understand that life happens, but these policies are in place to protect our time, our clients, and the integrity of our schedule. By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies listed below. ⸻ Booking All appointments must be booked through our online booking system. We do not accept appointments through DM, personal text messages, or phone calls. Booking online ensures accuracy, proper timing, and fairness for all clients. ⸻ Payment on File A valid debit or credit card is required to be kept on file in order to book any appointment. This card authorizes us to charge any applicable late cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show fees in accordance with our policies. ⸻ Cancellations Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Clients are responsible for managing their appointments using the cancellation link in their confirmation email. If the system no longer allows you to cancel, the cancellation window has passed and a cancellation fee will automatically apply. Late cancellations will result in a 50% cancellation fee charged to the card on file. ⸻ Rescheduling All rescheduling must be completed through the booking website. We no longer allow same-day rescheduling. If you attempt to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, the system may prevent changes and a rescheduling fee will be applied. If the system no longer allows changes, the late cancellation policy will apply. ⸻ Same-Day Changes Same-day rescheduling is not permitted. Appointments changed or cancelled on the same day will be considered late cancellations and will incur the applicable cancellation fee. ⸻ Booking Adjustments by Provider On rare occasions, we may need to adjust your appointment time due to scheduling conflicts or emergencies. If we contact you to reschedule your appointment, a 10% courtesy discount will be applied to your service total as a thank you for your flexibility. ⸻ No-Shows Failure to show up for your appointment without cancelling will result in a 50% no-show fee charged to the card on file. Repeated no-shows may result in restriction or refusal of future bookings. ⸻ Policy Agreement By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all booking and cancellation policies.
