BOOKING POLICIES Please book with intention. Life happens, and we understand that. However, these policies exist to protect our time, our clients, and the integrity of our schedule. By booking an appointment with K Cherin Studio, you agree to the policies outlined below. ⸻ Booking All appointments must be booked through our online booking system. Appointments will not be accepted through DM, personal text messages, or phone calls. Online booking ensures accuracy, proper timing, and fairness for all clients. ⸻ Card on File A valid debit or credit card is required in order to secure an appointment. The card on file authorizes K Cherin Studio to charge applicable deposits, late cancellation fees, rescheduling fees, or no-show fees in accordance with studio policies. If a required deposit has not been paid at the time of booking, the card on file may be charged to secure the appointment. ⸻ Deposits Certain services require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits must be paid at the time of booking. Deposits go toward the final service total. If a deposit has not been paid and a valid card is on file, the card may be charged to secure the appointment. ⸻ Cancellations Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Clients are responsible for managing their appointments using the cancellation link in their confirmation email. If the system no longer allows cancellation, the cancellation window has passed. Late cancellations will result in a 50% cancellation fee charged to the card on file. ⸻ Rescheduling All rescheduling must be completed through the online booking website. Same-day rescheduling is not permitted. If you attempt to reschedule within 24–48 hours, the system may prevent changes and a rescheduling fee may apply. If the system does not allow changes, the late cancellation policy will apply. ⸻ Same-Day Appointments Same-day appointments may be available depending on schedule availability. However, same-day appointments cannot be rescheduled or cancelled. If a same-day appointment is cancelled or changed, the late cancellation fee will automatically apply. ⸻ Booking Adjustments by Provider On rare occasions, we may need to adjust your appointment time due to scheduling conflicts or emergencies. If we contact you to reschedule your appointment, a 10% courtesy discount will be applied to your service total as a thank you for your flexibility. ⸻ No-Shows Failure to attend your appointment without cancelling will result in a 50% no-show fee charged to the card on file. Repeated no-shows may result in restriction or permanent refusal of future bookings. ⸻ Studio Conduct K Cherin Studio is committed to maintaining a professional and respectful environment. Any form of rude, disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior toward the provider or the business will not be tolerated. Violation of studio policies or disrespectful conduct may result in: • Immediate termination of the appointment • Charges for the scheduled service • Permanent ban from future bookings ⸻ Policy Agreement By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all booking policies. These policies ensure fairness for all clients and allow us to maintain a smooth, respectful, and professional studio environment.
